After his triumphant G1 King George & Queen Elizabeth QIPCO Stakes win at Royal Ascot, Resolute Racing acquired Goliath privately and watched him quickly add the G2 Prix du Conseil de Paris. He then made a historic trip to contest the G1 Japan Cup, earning thousands of new fans across the globe. In 2025, he continued his international campaign with victories in the G3 La Coupe and the G1 Grosser Preis von Baden, before adding yet another stamp to his passport with a run in the Breeders’ Cup Turf.
Goliath has a condition known as stringhalt, a neuromuscular condition that causes a dramatic high-stepping action in his left hind leg, often catching the eye in the paddock and at slower speeds. Importantly, it causes him no pain and he is closely monitored by veterinarians at all times. He is happy, healthy, and sound, and the condition is unremarkable and unnoticeable when he is galloping.
